Lead researcher for all UX research efforts for upwards of all owned digital properties. Responsible for research and strategy deliverables to assist in improving our owned and retailer experiences.

  • Spearheading UX strategy, insights, and design direction for new features and functionality for owned sites on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform

  • Assisting with design discovery and wireframe creation to enhance and build upon our design system

  • Leading strategy, planning, and execution of consumer interviews, usability studies, retailer evaluations, competitor evaluations, and ethnographic studies

  • Contributed to planning and execution of A/B testing, usability studies, concept evaluations, on-site surveys, on-site behavior analytics, heatmaps, competitor evaluations, and retailer evaluations

  • Lead conversion rate optimization testing and multivariate site experience testing with external agency partners resulting in an additional $1.5 million in revenue across seven websites

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product owners, developers, brand strategist, ecommerce merchandisers, brand managers, and outside agency partners to balance user experience needs with business needs

  • Experience with wireframe creation, lo-fi interaction design, and information architecture design

  • Built personas and scenarios to better understand user needs and goals when on ecommerce sites

  • Planned and launched series of polls and heatmaps on ecommerce sites to aid in improving the user experience

UserTesting THiS Distinguished Luminary Winner

At UserTesting's annual conference (The Human Insight Summit, THiS), I was honored in winning an award. The Illumi awards are given by UserTesting to recognize their customers who use human insights to create incredible experiences. Due to our success using the platform, we won for our work with Walmart by bringing in-store insights to the surface.

UserTesting Customer Spotlight

Due to our success using the platform, the UserTesting team reached out to my research team and I to film a customer success video and write a story about our success and how we use the platform.

I was asked to be a speaker at VWO's conference, ConvEx, along side our agency partners to share our approach to personalization and optimization.

Due to our success with the UserTesting platform, Constellation Research asked my research team and I to be a guest on their podcast and share our UX POV and approach to gathering insights.
