Our UX team was responsible for carrying out A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) practices across all of our brand sites.

I found the opportunity for us to change our Find A Store solution for all of our websites to MikMak.

Our UX team conducted moderated interviews to understand how the order pickup & delivery (OPD) experience was when purchasing a gardening soil at Walmart.
